Golden Ticket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
1.2. Employees, agents, or family members of the Promoter, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, are not eligible to enter.
1.3. Purchases must be made directly through the Promoter’s official sales channels (website, markets, or authorised stockists) during the promotion period.

2. How to Enter

2.1. Five (5) Golden Tickets have been hidden at random within candle, Reed diffuser and gift set box packaging sold during the promotion period.
2.2. To enter, simply purchase any eligible candle, reed diffuser or gift set box from the Promoter. No additional entry or registration is required.
2.3. Entry is automatic upon purchase while stocks last.

3. Prizes

3.1. Each Golden Ticket corresponds to one (1) prize as detailed by the Promoter.
3.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
3.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

4. Claiming Your Prize

4.1. Winners must contact the Promoter within 30 days of discovering a Golden Ticket to claim their prize.
4.2. To claim, email info@escap-ology.co.uk with your name, order number (if web sale) or location where you purchased from, and a clear photograph of your Golden Ticket.
4.3. Failure to claim within 30 days may result in forfeiture of the prize.
4.4. The Promoter may ask for proof of purchase to validate a claim.

5. Publicity

5.1. By claiming a prize, winners agree that their first name and/or photo may be used for promotional purposes (such as social media posts), unless they request otherwise in writing.

6. General

6.1. The Promoter may change, cancel, or suspend the promotion at any time if necessary.
6.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participating in this promotion or receiving a prize, except where the law does not allow this.
6.3. The Promoter’s decisions regarding the promotion and prizes are final.
6.4. By participating, entrants agree to these terms.
